The cover is addressed to Mr. J. Venturi, Teaneck, New Jersey, and retains its classic red, white, and blue airmail border.

President Calvin Coolidge has boldly signed the left side of the envelope in dark graphite pencil, with the autograph displaying excellent legibility and strong visual appeal.
