We primarily use USPS and FedEx for shipping. Most items are shipped with signature confirmation for security.
- Lost Packages: While we are not responsible for lost shipments once they are in the carrier’s possession, we will assist in filing claims or recovering packages to the best of our ability.
- Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
